Being in the masonry business for over 30 years I heard the same complaint from my customers over and over…..
“I don’t have time to go to several places”…… “I need to find someone to draw up my plans, then I have to go to several places to pick out all the things I need for my remodel; (or new home construction) things like the flooring, cabinetry or tile, and finally, how do I get these things installed?”
Many times throughout the years I thought about this problem and I knew there had to be a solution. Why couldn’t customers just go to one place that does it all for them? Then I realized the answer was obvious. I would create a place where customers could go and have a design drawn up, choose all the products they need and then have everything installed. All the while, someone else would make sure everything went according to plan. They wouldn’t have to spend weeks and months making decisions and arrangements, all the while trying to coordinate the project to work together. I could open a design studio and have a showroom full of products. Customers could pick out flooring, cabinets, countertops and everything else needed to complete their projects. I could find craftsmen to install the products and finally, the entire team would make the process go smoothly.
Eight years ago I approached a local home designer with my ideas. He agreed there was a need for such a place, and Total Concept and Design was born.
Now after 8 years in business, we have had many successes and countless satisfied customers.
I created that place! That place that can save my customers time and money, but even better, we take all the stress out of their remodel or building project. All they have to do is make a few decisions and let us handle the rest. Please stop by our showroom, we look forward to seeing you.
